The Roanoke Youth & Adult Basketball League’s vision is bringing together advanced high school, collegiate, and adult players to compete weekly, fostering a vibrant community where athletes can build positive relationships, create opportunities, and connect on and off the court.

Through shared passion and competition, we aim to strengthen bonds and empower players to grow as individuals and as a society.

We create a mentorship system that connects high school athletes with positive collegiate & adult basketball players and develops all-around benefit.

By fostering these relationships, we aim to provide high school players with valuable guidance and support, while collegiate/adult mentors gain the opportunity to share their experience and passion for the game and life knowledge.

This mentorship not only enhances individual growth but also strengthens our R.Y.A.L community as a whole.
